Terry is also founder and MD of an associated company Specific Property, which is licensed to operate in both Qld and Vic. He gained credibility in the industry as an honest broker who puts the interests and needs of his clients first.

When Fishermans Bend was rezoned in 2012, Terry immediately saw the opportunity and significance of the Urban Renewal.
